Hi! Welcome, and I am so happy you are here! My name is Ifoma (Ee-fo-mah) Genevieve. I’m a Spiritual Teacher, Akashic Record Practitioner, Reiki Master/Teacher, Psychic Medium, Channel of Source love and energy, Holistic Health, Life and Wellness Coach, Yoga Teacher, and Disrupter Of Old Programming. With over a decade of experience, I’m a healer to my core, and I love guiding other empowered souls and new healers on their healing journeys in an integrative way.

About 10 years ago, I started to get very sick and developed chronic illnesses and autoimmune diseases; I was thrust deep into shadow work, depression, and disconnection from myself. After numerous visits to doctors and following science and their recommendations to feel better, I only got sicker. After not having any answers as to why I was experiencing so many health issues, I dug deep and tuned into my soul. I was led on a deep journey of unraveling, enlightenment, and healing. I’ve used various modalities to heal myself from physical ailments as well as healing me spiritually, emotionally, and energetically. I want to pay it forward and hopefully make your journey with healing easier than mine. After all, we are all just walking each other home. 💜

I offer different 1-1 sessions tailored to what your soul needs. I have written a book, The Self Love Files, to help start you on your journey back home to yourself. Soon to come, digital yin yoga classes, meditations, and group coaching. You can also find me playing on YouTube and social media, shining my light to help encourage you to do the same. My mission in life is to enlighten you about who you really are, on a soul level, before the world told you who and how to be.

I love sharing about all things holistic wellness & lifestyle, adventure & soul, served with a side of magic and possibility. I’m a forever student and deeply passionate about self-discovery through the filter of lived experiences, shadow-work, the merging of our shadow and light for a deeper connection with our inner selves, learning from other fellow humans, and exploring what happens when you constantly push yourself outside your comfort zone and preconceived boundaries.
